Kennedy Waters
Kennedy Waters is one of the most
popular subdivisions on Lake Petenwell located just north of the
Adams County Park, with both on and off water lots.

One of the Newest developments in Adams County on Lake
Petenwell it's an extension of Kennedy

Roberts Subdivision
Is on of the oldest developments on the lake. It's located
on Bighorn Drive right by the most profitable county park in Central
Wisconsin. Bay Rest Bar and Grill and a convenience store is within
walking distance for milk, bread, bait, gas and more.

Marina Shores
Is a very small 12 lot development with a dead
end cul-da-sac ending a an outlot for the owners & an unmark public
access point to the flowage. Some lots do have boat slips as
shown in the picture to the left. Marina Shores does abut
Petenwell Pines which
is a larger and older subdivision. .

Grand View Shores
Naterra Land Company's (formally know as Four
Seasons) newest waterfront development on the north end of Juneau
county side of the lake. Located just south of Rainbow Casino.
There are several on and off water lots with great views and deeded
boat slips.
