This is one of the most beautiful settings and one of the most appealing properties I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  The whole project sold out in a matter of weeks about 3 years ago.  There were a total of 40 pieces, with many people purchasing more than one.  

There are about 4 miles of hiking trails in the 157 acre conservancy.  Picnic tables and barbeque grills in various spots throughout.  Four access points have been improved along the Big Roche Cri Trout stream.  This conservancy is not open to the public.  Only to the owners and their families.  I have seen deer and turkeys nearly every time I walked in the conservancy.  

Across the road from the building sites is another exciting bonus.  About 3000 acres of Wisconsin River Power Company land.  The snowmobile and ATV trails run right by on the road.  I have been told you can ride all the way to Canada from here.

There is a horse campground about 1/2 mile away and the rustic boat launch onto Castle Rock Lake is a mile away.  The ATV trail runs right to it.  If 13,000 acres of water isn't enough, there is another 23,000 acres just up the road.  Lake Petenwell.  Plus thousands of more acres of public access land.  

There are golf courses and supper clubs nearby.  Health care is ten minutes away.  The Dells is 25 minutes south of this property.  This property offers something for nearly everyone.  It is a must see if you are looking for recreational or retirement property.
