The minimum down payment
on all lot loans is 20% of the purchase price.
TERMS
The amortization for
loan with the intention of building is 15 years. You have the
following options within that 15-year amortization:
1 Year Adjustable Rate Loan
4.625%
3 Year Adjustable Rate Loan
5.75%
5 Year Adjustable Rate Loan
6.2.5%
Interest rates are
dependent upon your credit bureau score. The above rates are
approximate and are subject to change.

All loan costs are

PROCEDURE

Complete the loan
application. Your real estate representative will forward the
application to me along with a copy of the offer to purchase.

within 72 hours as to the results of your application.

appraisal, and contact you when it is all done.

You and your real
estate representative will finalize the closing date. I will
forward the loan documents to them for the closing.

mail you a coupon book to use to make your loan payments.
